Having got a puppy for Christmas (I know, they're only for Christmas) I can now be found pounding the streets twice daily on walks for the little fella - a 4 month Labradoodle. As busy photographers we often don't look in our local neighbourhoods for potential photo stories or stills projects but when not poop bagging 'Bailey' (yep his name is a nod to one of favourites) I noticed the rather forlorn sight of all the used Christmas trees awaiting recycle collection and the potential make a social commentary on Middle England and the aftermath of our largest Christian festival. Here's the work...
